A reply usually lands within a few working days. What I am not able to do is take on your case: I cannot read your echocardiogram or CT scan, judge whether a valve procedure is the answer for you, or say which valve suits your anatomy. Those are matters for your own cardiologist and heart team, the people who can examine you and properly weigh where you stand.
So please leave out any scan results, test figures, or the medical history behind them, along with photographs of anything clinical. None of it is anything I can act on, and ordinary email was never built to carry information of that kind safely or appropriately. There is more on this in my Privacy Policy.
